Fall in Love With Greenhouse Gardening

The Fall season was always a little bittersweet, as we prepared our gardens for the first real frost, and took the last harvests of tomatoes and pumpkins, squash and peppers.  It always left me wishing I had a way to garden year-round.  So when we purchased what would be our first plastic greenhouse, I was skeptical that I could get used to the idea of tending to living, growing plants in the dead of a Tennessee winter.  But as time slowly moved through the months of January and February, I still had an abundant crop of baby lettuces, herbs, and yes, even some sweet, ripe cherry tomatoes!
