Are You Really Getting What You Need From Your Personal Trainer

If you find you’re not getting the proper attention from a personal trainer in regards to your fitness goals maybe you need to take a look of what you do once you leave his company. Are you the type that through business obligations take you to late night dinners with clients? Do you secretly sit and watch your favorite television shows munching on a bowl of fat free ice cream? Beware of anything fat free. If this sounds like you than you need to change your habits outside your time with your personal trainer. He can only do so much. Sure a personal trainer will make you stronger, improve your overall fitness with a sensible fitness workout, but he doesn’t go home with you and most likely he is not part of your social circle. Hothouse Tomatoes in the Backyard

Have you seen the price of tomatoes at the grocery store recently? They are sky high! My friends in Florida warned me winter had been hard on field grown tomatoes and we would feel it in our wallets. I grew up in northern Ohio, near Cleveland where hothouse or greenhouse tomatoes were commonly grown. That is no longer true. Now I am considering the wide array of plastic greenhouses on the market so that I can have fresh sweet tomatoes all year round. The selection, sizes, and construction materials available to the hobby gardener are amazing. (more…)
